The seller or agent takes notes as each room is assessed verbally. Assessments include curb appeal, cleaning, de-cluttering, items to remove, suggested updates, minor repairs, furniture placement, storage, and finish styling. Photo Day Styling | We bring in our own on-trend accessories and complete finish styling before your photographer arrives & make sure your listing is "picture perfect". Speed Staging | Your listing, your furnishings – we do the work! In a two-hour appointment we will transform four rooms of your house into market-ready showcases, including staging and styling for furniture placement, accessories, artwork and more. Some seller prep work required prior to staging.
