Woodlands of Acadiana Model Home Staging

We kicked off our summer with a really exciting project! Staging the model home for a brand new subdivision in Lafayette called Woodlands of Acadiana by Lancaster Construction. They asked for a farmhouse cottage aesthetic to match the design of the home. We focused on the family friendly feel of the subdivision by making sure there was a space that would resonate with any potential buyer. It's easily one of our favorite projects of 2016.

Power Staging: Betts

This power staging was such a fun one! The home owner already had lots of great pops of yellow. We ran with the color and transformed this listing into a sunny showcase. Lots of great before and afters below where you can see how our little tweaks made all the difference in getting this listing market-ready. 

Parade of Homes 2016 Staging

The AHBA Parade of Homes is held every spring here in Acadiana and it's one of our favorite times of the year! The days are warm, colors are brighter, skies are bluer and oh yea! We create a brand new staging package from scratch to add to our rental inventory, showcasing the latest in home staging colors & trends. 

No surprise that this year we went for a farmhouse feel (any Fixer Upper fans out there??). Our twist infused cheerful, eye catching colors & pattern - take a peek below. 

We partnered with W. Home Builders to stage their new construction listing.We always like to really have fun with our Parade homes. We always do fresh flowers and a few unexpected elements like the candy cart you will see below. This year we also partnered with local artist Elizabeth Simon. She graciously loaned us the stunning art seen over the mantle. It completely transformed the look! Photography was done by Haylei Smith (our go-to gal for amazing photos!).

La Cour Beausoleil Model Home Staging

We partnered with Manuel Builders to stage a model home in the new community of La Cour Beausoleil. We did a farmhouse style for the staging to match the home's colors & features. The soft blues in the home are brightened by pops of fresh green. This staging package is now a part of our rental inventory - meaning it could show up at one of your listings!

Power Staging: Saints Streets

This stunning home was such a fun one to work on. Not only had the seller lovingly restored every inch of this historic charmer, his furnishings and accessories paired perfectly with the style of the home. We focused our staging efforts on defining spaces since the layout could have been a little confusing to buyers and maximizing square footage by editing furniture. We brought in fresh flowers and a few small accessories to complete the look.
